Returns Policy

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for full refund provided it is unused and in its original packaging.  We will refund the cost of the item but you will need to arrange return and pay the return postage costs.  You must ensure items are adequately re-packaged and you will need to contact us with a brief explanation either by e-mailing: returns@getaheadboard.co.uk  or by telephoning on 0870 6091828. 

Damaged / Faulty Items

If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the couriers delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours of delivery.  Ideally sending us some photos of the damage or other issues with the product.

It is very important that you inspect your item upon delivery as the courier will ask you to sign that it was received in good condition.

For security reasons we can only return refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order
